Exportable coffee identified as American Preparation must not contain more than 12 defects according to the Brazil/New York method (Type 3), with a moisture range of 10.5% to 12.5%.

European Preparation Coffee

Exportable coffee identified as European Preparation must not contain more than 8 defects according to the Brazil/New York method (Type 2-25), with a moisture range of 10.5% to 12.5%.
